Wildflower Lanes of Holy Island

DSCF0693.jpg

Holy Island is an island on the western side of the larger Isle of Anglesey, Wales, separated by a narrow, winding channel. It’s called "Holy" because of the high concentration of standing stones, burial chambers, and other religious sites on the island.

Setting off from Rhoscolyn and riding through Holy Island and onto the larger island of Anglesey, Ollie explored the beautiful wildflower lined lanes that snake their way through tiny hamlets, sheep filled fields and coastal roads.

The roads of Anglesey and Holy Island are exposed to the rugged winds wipping off the Irish Sea. Mono’s British racing green Block jersey combines technical materials and an aerodynamic fit to perform perfectly in the challenging conditions.
